Distribution of Winter Clothing

Between February 16 and 22, 2025, an evaluation study was conducted to assess the impact of the project “Winter Clothing for Displaced Families” in the northern, central, and southern Gaza Strip. The study included 102 displaced families (395 individuals) and was implemented by the Social Developmental Forum (Palestine), with support from HCI – Help & Charity International (Düsseldorf, Germany), which provided the funding and donations.

The objective of the study was to evaluate the extent to which the lack of winter clothing could be alleviated and how satisfied the beneficiaries were with the quality of the clothing, the distribution process, and the organizational implementation. The results showed that 90% of the families were able to meet their basic winter needs through this support, and 85% were very satisfied with the quality of the clothing.

The study confirmed the success of the project in improving the winter living conditions of displaced families.
