From July 26 to 30, 2025, the Social Developmental Forum implemented a humanitarian project to distribute flour and food parcels to 200 impoverished and displaced families in the northern, central, and southern Gaza Strip. The initiative was carried out thanks to funding from HCI – Help & Charity International, which collected the donations, and was implemented in cooperation with the Al-Salqawi Company as the supplier.
The objective was to alleviate acute food shortages resulting from the war and to support particularly vulnerable families—including households with children, the elderly, and people with disabilities. The parcels contained essential food items such as flour, pulses, pasta, oil, and tahini to ensure short-term nutritional security. Despite significant market, price, and security challenges, the distribution was successfully and with dignity, making an important contribution to emergency humanitarian aid.
